Engage prospects in key business regions

The Toast international marketing team approached us with a goal of better understanding their prospects in growing regions across Europe. To reach this audience, we planned to create valuable industry trends reports featuring data from an internal survey. “This was the first market-specific report for us in Canada, the UK, and Ireland,” shared Andrea Attard, Director of International Demand Marketing at Toast. The team wanted to use these reports as a lead gen tool and prove the value of regional reports.

Analyze industry data and share valuable insights

By combining internal survey data from hundreds of restaurant operators in each region — Canada, the UK, and Ireland — with rich data visualizations, regional economic trends, operator perspectives, and predictions, we painted a picture of the restaurant scene and provided actionable steps for business owners to grow.

Our team conducted the initial content strategy, developed a content brief and outline, then wrote, designed, and optimized the report for conversion. And, we project managed the campaign production from start to finish. “Every part of the process was communicated and documented which made it easy for me to monitor progress and stay on top of milestones,” Andrea added.
